Abstract
The study aims to examine the influence of occupational safety and health (K3) on employee work productivity in Palembang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, which involves employees from various production sectors of the manufacturing industry in Palembang. The results of the study showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the implementation of good K3 and the increase in work productivity. Employees who work in a safe and healthy environment tend to be more productive, feel more motivated, and have lower attendance rates. In conclusion, the effective implementation of K3 in the work environment in Palembang City can increase employee work productivity. Therefore, the company is expected to pay more attention to the K3 aspect in an effort to improve employee performance and welfare.
