Abstract

The manual recording of Family Planning (KB) participants using paper forms at the Office of Population Control and Family Planning (DPPKB) in Palembang often leads to issues such as data entry errors, incomplete data, and difficulties in data management and reporting. To address these issues, a web-based application was designed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of managing KB participant data. The system development method utilized RAD (Rapid Application Development), encompassing the stages of analysis, design, and implementation. System testing results indicate that the application effectively minimizes data entry errors, accelerates data processing, and enhances data accessibility for program analysis and evaluation.
