Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at Depot Sinar Jaya Palembang. Using quantitative methods with case studies, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compliance with rules, responsibility, and work regularity are the main factors in achieving company targets. Therefore, companies are advised to strengthen positive organizational culture and implement consistent work discipline to increase productivity.
