Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of employee gender and work environment on employee performance at CV. Tjhaja Logam. CV. Tjhaja Logam is a metal manufacturing company located in the Palembang area. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and primary data collected through surveys and interviews. This research seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between these factors in the organizational context. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide valuable insight for CV management. Tjhaja Logam in managing their employees more effectively, by paying attention to gender differences and performance factors that influence employee performance. The implications of this research can also help in designing policies and programs aimed at improving the overall quality of employee work, as well as promoting gender equality and inclusivity in the workplace.
