Abstract
Finding out what drives accounting students to choose careers as auditors is the goal of this research. This research looks at labor market, pay, and work environment issues. Students from Musi Charitas Catholic University participated in this project in 2021. 73 samples that satisfied the criteria were obtained by purposeful sampling. Logistic regression was used to evaluate the hypothesis. This research discovered that the labor market, remuneration, and work environment all affect the career choices of auditors.
