Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Literacy, Money Attitude, and Financial Risk Tolerance on investment decisions of high school teachers in Palembang City. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 109 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and descriptive statistical analysis. Multiple linear regression models were used to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that Financial Literacy and Money Attitude have a positive and significant influence on investment decisions. This indicates that the higher the financial literacy and positive attitude towards money, the better the investment decisions taken by high school teachers in Palembang City. However, Financial Risk Tolerance does not have a significant influence on investment decisions, which means that the level of teacher risk tolerance is not a major factor in investment decision making.
