Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of work discipline and training on employee performance in ship repair companies in Palembang. The main issue is low performance due to a lack of discipline and suboptimal training. The research employs a quantitative method using a questionnaire survey conducted among employees of three companies, analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results show that work discipline and training have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Employees with high discipline and adequate training experience increased productivity, effectiveness, and timeliness in their work.
