Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Job Stress and cyberloafing on performance in automotive sales in Palembang city. The variables used in the study were Job Stress (X1) and Cyberloafing (X2) for independent variables and Kinera for dependent variables. The population in this study were Automotive Sales Employees in the city of Palembang, and the sample used was 128 respondents. With Data Analysis Techniques using descriptive statistical analysis. With the instrument feasibility test using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Test using the T Test.
