Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of collateralizable assets dan institutional ownership on dividend policy. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study are basic and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 - 2022. The data collection technique in this study uses purposive sampling with 122 samples obtained from 49 companies. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that collateralizable assets and institutional ownership have no influence on dividend policy.
