Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress and motivation on job satisfaction of online motorcycle taxi drivers in Palembang. The data used are primary data from the questionnaire. The sample used in this study was the convenience sampling technique and the number of samples in this study was 130 respondents of online motorcycle taxi drivers in Palembang. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the SPSS 26 program and coefficient of determination. The results of this study state that the influence of work stress and compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of online motorcycle taxi drivers in Palembang.
