Abstract

This research aims to understand the comprehension of the company, PT Maju Mix Bersama Abadi, as the end-user of the Coretax tax application. The theories used in this research are the TTF (Task – Technology Fit) theory and the Usability and User Experience theory. The data collection techniques were carried out by conducting interviews and observations of the company's personnel where the research was conducted. The results of this study indicate that the company is able to understand the Coretax tax application.
