Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of work engagement and non-physical work environment on the performance of conventional bank marketing division employees in Palembang. Primary data obtained through questionnaires of 140 respondents. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and descriptive statistics. Multiple linear regression models are used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that work engagement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of marketing division employees, and non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of marketing division employees.
