Abstract
Th.e aimof thisrese.arch is todeterm.ineand analyze theinflu.ence of hum.an resou.rcedevelopment andrewards on theperforma.nceof nursing employees atMyria Hospital. Based on theresults ofresearch on nursing employeesat Myria Hospital, thenumber of respondents was 115 people, the research used dataanalysis techniquesin the form ofSPSS_30. Basedon the results of the analysis of 115 respondents, the HR developmentvariable has a positive andsignificant effect on employeeperformance. The rewardvariable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The variable HR developmentand rewards is 0.493, meaning that 49.3% of HR development and rewards simultaneously influence employee performance. Meanwhile, the other part (50.7%) is explainedby other variablesthat were notincluded as variables intheresearch.
