Abstract

Th.e aimof thisrese.arch is todeterm.ineand analyze theinflu.ence of hum.an resou.rcedevelopment andrewards on theperforma.nceof nursing employees atMyria Hospital. Based on theresults ofresearch on nursing employeesat Myria Hospital, thenumber of respondents was 115 people, the research used dataanalysis techniquesin the form ofSPSS_30. Basedon the results of the analysis of 115 respondents, the HR developmentvariable has a positive andsignificant effect on employeeperformance. The rewardvariable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The variable HR developmentand rewards is 0.493, meaning that 49.3% of HR development and rewards simultaneously influence employee performance. Meanwhile, the other part (50.7%) is explainedby other variablesthat were notincluded as variables intheresearch.
