Abstract

The study aims to determine the role of Good Corporate Governance in moderating the Intellectual Capital impact on company performance. This type of study is a quantitative study using secondary data of data on the company's financial statements and annual reports. The population in this study is the technology and infrastructure sector listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2020-2023. In this study sampling was taken using a flux sample with samples obtained as many as 236 samples. The data analysis techniques used are predicregression analysis to analyze the role of Good Corporate Governance as moderate variables in the Intellectual Capital's performance. The findings suggest that Intellectual Capital has no significant impact on corporate performance and Good Corporate Governance unable to modernize Intellectual Capital relationships with corporate performance.
