Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge management and job satisfaction on retail sales performance in Palembang. The data used is primary data. The population in this study is electronic retail sales in Palembang. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and 106 respondents were obtained. Hypothesis testing is carried out by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that knowledge management and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance.
