Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance at PT Lucky Persada. In this study, the population is warehouse head employees, warehouse administration, warehouse helper, online administration, marketing planner, online warehouse helper at PT Lucky Persada and the sample used is warehouse head employees, warehouse administration, warehouse helper, online administration, marketing planner, online warehouse helper as many as 86 people. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique method, the data analysis technique is descriptive analysis, research instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of workload and work stress have an effect on employee performance at PT Lucky Persada.
