Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of workload and work environment on the performance of car dealer sales employees in Palembang city. The population in this study were all car dealer sales in Palembang city. The study used non probability sampling by obtaining 100 respondents from various car dealerships in Palembang city. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews with car dealer sales. Hypothesis testing is done with multiple linear regression. The results showed that workload has a significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has no significant positive effect on employee performance.
