Abstract

This study understands how employees' self efficacy and work motivation can help improve their performance, which is needed to achieve better productivity in a company. This study aims to determine the influence between self efficacy and work motivation on employee performance. Participants who contributed to this study amounted to 80 active workers who have been bound or working in an organization or company. This research uses quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques and uses the Likert scale method. For data analysis using multiple regression. The results obtained based on multiple regression analysis tests obtained an F value of 207,759, and a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05). In particular, self efficacy has a correlation of 0.275 with a significance value (0.014 < 0.05), while work motivation has a stronger correlation of 0.912 with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05). Based on these results, it can be concluded that increasing self efficacy and work motivation significantly contributes to improving employee performance.
