Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of compensation and work environment on turnover Intention.The data used is primary data. The population in thisstudy were all employees who worked at Bank Mandiri. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with the Slovin method and obtained 80. Hypothesis analysis testing was carried out using multiple linear tests. The results of this research show that compensation has no effect on turnover Intention, the work environment has an effect on turnover Intention.
