Abstract

ABSTRACTION This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of PT Bank Central Asia, TBK employees. Palembang Old Mosque Branch. The variables used in this research are Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Employee Performance. The data used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study were employees of PT Bank Central Asia, TBK. Palembang Old Mosque Branch. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and 100 respondents were obtained. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained show that Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on employees of PT Bank Central Asia, TBK. Palembang Old Mosque Branch, and Work Motivation have a positive influence on employees of PT Bank Central Asia, TBK. Palembang Old Mosque Branch.
