Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of hierarchical plateau and Job Content Plateau on job satisfaction of minimarket employees in Palembang City. The data used is primary data. The population in this study were minimarket employees in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling and 104 samples were obtained. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that hierarchical plateau and Job Content Plateau have a significant negative impact on job satisfaction.
