Abstract

Workload emphasizes the number of tasks and responsibilities that have been given to workers within a certain period of time. In the production process, excessive workloads cause a decrease in productivity, on the other hand, workloads that are not heavy cause employees to be more focused at work or efficient. . Because of this, it is important for managers to always monitor employees efficiently and effectively. Quantitative Methods Describe and use reference data from books related to the problem being discussed to produce conclusions that can be used as material to solve current problems1. The results of the research can be expected to be used as evaluation material in making improvements according to the company's workload. 2. Can increase productivity results during production from the business premises. The amount of employee workload during production using direct measurement methods and indirect methods before repairs is classified as high workload at 63.817% 30%. Employee energy consumption before the repair was 5.8 Kcal/Minute 5. This is adequate, where the workload on employees is 23.56%. 30 This is included in the light workload category, and the amount of energy consumption is 1.58 5, which means rest time. what is provided is sufficient
