Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on turnover intention at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Palembang. The data used is primary data. The population in this study were Alfamart Palembang minimarket employees. The sampling used is purposive sampling method with the number of samples used as many as 120 respondents. In this study, the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, model feasibility test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing technique t test. The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention in Alfamart employees in Palembang City and work stress has no significant effect on turnover intention in Alfamart employees in Palembang City.
