Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and organizational culture and Organizational Commitment in private teachers. The subjects in this research were 122 private teachers who were private teachers in Palembang schools, this research uses quantitative methods with accidental sampling techniques. The large-scale distribution method uses direct methods and is also distributed via Google Form. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is a relationship between work motivation and organizational culture and Organizational Commitment in private teachers for the major hypothesis. The test results used a multiple linear regression test with a significant value of 0.009 (sig<0.05). The first minor hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between work motivation and Organizational Commitment with a significant value of 0.003. The second minor hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and Organizational Commitment with a significant value of 0.003. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that all hypotheses are accepted.
