Abstract

This community service is conducted to strongly support the EFL Primary School Teachers of Maitreyawira, Palembang in enhancing and developing their storytelling skills. Hence, they are able to develop their students' interest, motivation and habit in reading. Through story telling activity, children's vocabulary increases and the language skills is develop. Furthermore, establishing a reading corner within the class environment will create a comfort zone for the children to read. Additionally, having library skills is a must to be integrated within the school.
