Abstract

Kota Bengkulu merupakan salah satu kota yang masih bertumbuh dan berkembang di Indonesia. Peningkatan jumlah penduduk Kota Bengkulu semakin tinggi sehingga kebutuhan akan tempat tinggal pun meningkat. Oleh sebab itu, daerah pusat kota semakin padat. Harga tanah dan properti juga meningkat sehingga dianggap menguntungkan bagi developer. Atas dasar itu, banyak developer yang membangun perumahan di pusat kota untuk menjangkau masyarakat yang bekerja di Kota Bengkulu. Laporan kerja praktik ini berisi tentang perencanaan dan perancangan masterplan dan pos satpam Palem Garden PT. Cahaya Graha Indah Bengkulu. Proyek yang dikerjakan adalah merevisi masterplan, merencanakan dan merancang fasilitas publik pada perumahan, merencanakan dan merancang pos satpam. Kata kunci: masterplan, developer, pos satpam.
