Abstract

This study aims to examine the differences in profitability of mining companies listed on the BEI before and after the enactment of Government Regulation No. 1 of 2014. The population in this study is a mining company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was determined using Purposive Sampling method with certain criteria. The sample of the research is 30 companies. The analysis used in the test of difference of two mean with t-test (Paired Sample T Test) with the help of SPSS 20. The result of this test show hypothesis (H1) accepted that there is significant difference of profitability of mining company before and after enactment of Government Regulation No. 1 Year
