Abstract

Technological Development are currently growing very rapidly Chatolic University of Musi Charitas has a total of 11,000 alumni spread throughout indonesa. There is no platform that can connecting all alumni so they can communicate with fellow alumni. With this problem, a system was created named Forum Discussion for alumni. Using waterfall as a system development method, client application development uses different programming langguages, dart and javascript as client, and PHP as a server. This Forum Discussion for Alumni is hoped to be useful for alumni who face difficulty to stay connected with fellow alumni. The result of this study is a REST API aplication to accomodate discussion forums from Chatolic University of Musi Charitas and Client application for alumni and KKA. keywords : Web Service, REST API , Alumni, Waterfall, Client, Server
