Abstract

Social activists have obstacles in fighting for people's rights which have an impact on psychological well-being. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between resilience and psychological well-being in social activists. The method used is quantitative, with a descriptive approach. The research respondents were women's solidarity social activists, data collection used questionnaires, with research analysis using correlational product moment techniques. The research results show that there is a correlation that has a positive direction and is very significant (0.000<0.05) which shows that the higher the resilience, the higher the psychological well-being of the Women's Solidarity social activists. With this research, it is hoped that NGOs will pay attention to the welfare of members who work together in carrying out their duties.
