Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance by focusing on barista coffee shop employees in Palembang city in the research period of 2024. The data used is primary data. And the population in this study were barista coffee shop employees in Palembang. In the sampling technique used by purposive sampling method and obtained 32 coffee shops with a total of 104 respondent samples. Hypothesis testing is done with multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 19 software. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance.
