Abstract
In facing the era of technology 4.0, business continuity is increasingly dependent on the use of technology. This research aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business processes of the Rural Bank (BPR) Berkat Sejati through information system innovation. Fieldwork was conducted to understand the current state of BPR Berkat Sejati and provide solutions that can be implemented. The research method involved identifying the needs and objectives of the project, direct observation, and interviews with IT support at BPR Berkat Sejati. The design phase involved designing various elements, including Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, Flowchart, and System Interface using Adobe XD application. The system development process followed the steps from project initiation to implementation and routine maintenance. System analysis was conducted to understand the process of storing customer archive data. The identification of the problem shows that the transfer of customer data still uses a manual approach, slowing down the work. The proposed system requirements include the use of uploading customer data directly on the website and redesigning the local archive web. The system design involves Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, Flowchart, and interface design. The results of this research are expected to provide innovative solutions to improve the business continuity of BPR Berkat Sejati through process optimization by utilizing technology.
