Abstract

The issue of sustainability is currently a hot topic of discussion in Indonesia and continues to be developed by companies. Voluntary reports submitted by management to shareholders and stakeholders on an ongoing basis are Sustainability Reporting disclosures. This research aims to test whether Managerial Ownership can moderate the causal relationship between Sustainability Reports and Company Value. This research uses a population of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling method so that the data obtained was 129 data. Data were analyzed using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method with the help of SPSS 22. The research results showed that Managerial Ownership as a moderating variable could not moderate the relationship between Sustainability Reports and Company Value in Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period.
