Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jiwa kewirausahaan dan kemampuan melihat peluang terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM di kota palembang berfokus pada pengusaha yang menjalankan bisnis melalui usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah di Kota Palembang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusaha yang menjalankan usaha di Kota Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu convenience sample dan memperoleh 121 responden. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan cara pengelolaan datanya menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jiwa kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha dan kemampuan melihat peluang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha.
