Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress and workload on the performance of sales employees in the city of Palembang. The population in this research are employees who work as sales in Palembang City. The purposive sampling method was used as a sample determination technique, with sales employees in Palembang City aged 17-56 years and who had worked in the first quarter of the first year, totaling 100 employees, as the research sample. The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that work stress and workload variables influence the performance of sales employees in the city of Palembang.
