Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the management control system and organizational commitment may affect the managerial performance in the cooperative in Palembang. Samples are managers who work in cooperative in Palembang by using purposive sampling technique. Samples were obtained by 32 managers from 32 cooperative. Methods of data analysis to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis, by using SPSS ver. 21.0 . The results showed that management control system and organizational commitment are able to affect the managerial performance.
