Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of institutional ownership and debt policy on firm value in the mining industry. The population used in this research consists of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample size of only 21 companies out of 63 companies. The data is processed using SPSS 23 software. The results of the data processing indicate that institutional ownership and debt policy have an impact on firm value.
