Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of e-service quality and e-trust which have a positive and significant influence on e-satisfaction among LinkAja e-wallet users. The sample in this study consisted of 70 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used in this research are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing consisting of the t test and coefficient of determination. The research results obtained from this study show that the e-service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on LinkAja e-wallet users and the e-trust variable has a positive and significant influence on e-satisfaction among LinkAja e-wallet users.
