Abstract
This research aims to see whether hotel room sales strategies and customer feedback affect hotel profits in Palembang City.. The data used are interviews and secondary data. Interviews were conducted with ten informants, five of whom were hotel staff who understood hotel sales and the other five were hotel customers who had made online reservations in 2023. The data was analyzed using data triagulation techniques. Research findings relate to the strategies used by hotels, the impact of using these strategies, the impact of customer feedback, the influence of customer feedback on other customers.
