Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of political connection and capital structure on company performance by focusing on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the research period in 2020-2022. The data used is secondary data. The population in the study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 111 companies with a total of 294 samples. Hypothesis testing was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS ver.22 program. The results of this study are: Political Connection has no effect on company performance and Capital Structure has no effect on company performance.
