Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and communication variables on the performance variables of expedition company employees in Palembang City. The population in this study were employees who worked at expedition companies in Palembang City with a sample of 130 respondents. The primary data for this research uses data related to work environment variables, communication and performance of expedition company employees. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and data analysis, the results of this research are that the work environment and communication have a significant effect on the performance of expedition company employees in Palembang City.
