Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence between work stress, work environment on cyberloafing behavior in administrative employees of trading companies in Palembang city. The data used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study were administrative employees of trading companies in Palembang city. The sampling technique in this study was convenience sampling. The results showed that work stress had a negative effect on cyberloafing behavior in administrative employees of trading companies in Palembang city and the work environment had a positive effect on cyberloafing behavior in administrative employees of trading companies in Palembang city.
