Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of regional own-source revenue and equalization funds on capital expenditure in the district / city government of South Sumatra province for the period 2020-2023. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study are districts and cities in South Sumatra province. The data collection technique used the documentation method and obtained 17 cities and districts with a total of 51 samples. The data analysis test uses descriptive statistics, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis using the t test level, F test and R2 test. The results showed that partially local own-source revenue and equalization funds had no effect on capital expenditure. Simultaneously, local revenue and equalization funds have no effect on capital expenditure
