Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Asset (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on firm value with managerial ownership as a moderating variable. The population in this study are property, real estate, and building construction sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2022. The data used is secondary data. In this study, the sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample obtained of 102 samples. The data analysis technique used is the booststrapping test to analyze the moderating role of managerial ownership in the relationship between Return on Asset (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The results showed that managerial ownership was unable to moderate the relationship between Return on Asset (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on firm value.
