Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect between the labor force participation rate, open unemployment rate, and human development index to regional income in South Sumatra. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The population in this research are regencys/cities in Indonesia. The sample selection method in this research using the cluster random sampling method with a total of samples are 51 pieces. The testing in this research using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the variables of the labor force participation rate, open unemployment rate, and human development index do not have a significant effect to regional income in South Sumatra.
