Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio and Company Size on stock underpricing ini 131 companies. The data used are secondary data obtained through purposive sampling. The research results indicate that simultaneously, ROA, DER and Company Size have a significant positive effect on underpricing. In partial analysis, ROA and Company Size exhibit a significant negative effect, while DER does not have a significant impact on underpricing. These findings provide valuable insights into the factors influencing underpricing. Keywords: ROA, DER, Company Size, Underpricing.
