Abstract

The study aims to determine the ef ect of Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, and Stock Trading Liquidity on Stock Split decisions. The population in this study is all companies listed on the IDX that carried out stock splits in 2020-2022. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method and obtained 16 companies with a total 48 samples. This type of research is quantitative research with the data analysis technique uses logistic regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of the research show that Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, and Stock Trading Liquidity do not af ect the stock split decision.
