Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of environmental disclosure (X1), social disclosure (X2), and governance disclosure (X3) on stock prices (Y). The population in this study is all companies that have implemented ESG practices and have had their ESG practices assessed by the BGK Foundation, with a total sample of 117 selected using the purposive sampling method. For data collection, documentation techniques were used. This technique is carried out by collecting historical stock price data from the id.investing.com site and environmental, social, and governance disclosure score data obtained from the BGK Foundation ESG Index site. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing techniques use the t test. The research results show that environmental disclosure has a positive effect on stock prices. However, social disclosure and governance disclosure have no effect on stock prices.
