Abstract

An information technology system can improve performance and simplify the work process, especially in matters that require speed and accuracy of data or when processing large amounts of data. PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Berkat Sejati is one of the companies engaged in financial/banking services. From the results of observations and interviews during practical work activities at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Berkat Sejati, it is known that the inventory system for stationery is carried out manually, namely using the Microsoft Excel program and recording on the stock card in processing data such as incoming, outgoing goods and making reports. From these problems, the author provides a design of an inventory system that can help the IT and General Affair division staff in recording the inventory of stationery items with the title "Design of a Web-Based Operational ATK Inventory System at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Berkat Sejati". In this design using the Prototype system development method and also using Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, Flowchart, and Interface System.
