Abstract

This study aims to know the factors that influence on going concern opinion. Independent variables that used by researcher are the prediction of bankruptcy, leverage, prior audit opinion and company size while the dependent variable is going concern opinion. This study uses 48 samples of manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011-2013 which is obtained by purposive sampling method. Logistic regression using SPSS version 17 is used to examine the hypothesis. The result shows that prediction of bankruptcy, leverage, prior audit opinion and company size do not affect the going concern opinion because the value of all independent variables are bigger than (0.05)
