Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the earning per share, dividend payout ratio and interest rates on stock return. The population in this study is in the financial sector companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Period ini this study is the 2009-2012. The sample set by using purposive sampling method. The research sample was obtained 13 companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with SPSS ver 18. The Hypothesis results showed that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that the earnings per share affects on stock return, rejected. The second hypothesis (H2) which states that the dividend payout ratio affects on stock return, rejected. The third hypothesis (H3) which states that interest rates affects on stock return, rejected
